ANTIQUE CHINESE SET W/ CARVED AMETHYSTS - BRACELET, RING, EARRINGS. These are very early jewelry of Chinese export. The set includes 8 amazing natural carved amethysts 3/4 in diameter.

I believe that the metal is covered with silver. The bracelet is 7 1/8" long, and 6 3/4" - when it's buttoned up. The ring is free size. The bracelet and the ring are marked "CHINA".
